There are a million NHI articles and I'm sure some people have studied them.

So basically how is this supposed to work. Say for example I need to go to the doctor. Do I call some Government hotline to find out which doctor I may visit?

How will the "approved doctors" get on to the "approved" list?

What prevents the Government from only including "black" doctors on the approved list. This is actually not that far fetched

AFAIK, You register at a medical facility/doctor close to you. When service is needed you go there

Nobody really knows - Minister Mkhize says that asking such questions amounts to "over-analysis" - but rest assured, these problems will be dealt with by the competent men and women in the Department of Health as and when they arise.

That is exactly what the current list of Discovery's approved gynaecologists looks like. Judging by the doctors' names.
