Its something to do with there call waiting system i think, happened to me a few times then i call 111 and make them get hold of some1 for me while i wait and transfer me directly.

Why would any customer call (082)155 from a non-Vodacom number when it is tollfree to call 155 from a Vodacom number?

Vodacom Datacard + Mtn Cellphone + Free Company phone + inconvenience of swopping sims and waiting for hours (worst case) for callback.
