Hi, I bought 500G night surfer. Now my issues are these
1. I did not receive free 2gig to use on day time
2. I put the sim card on my Samsung device and used it as Wi-Fi hot-spot but it say on the connected device no internet access and there's no access for real, it is roaming in MTN. I'm just not good with patience, please resolve this matter or I quit using telkom.
You never mention of data roaming not working when you advertise, now we facing issues here!!!
