Nik Willetts has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years and is presently Senior Vice President of Communications for TM Forum. In this capacity, Nik is responsible for all of TM Forum's Marketing and Communications, including the prestigious Management World conference series. Nik has held a number of positions within TM Forum since 2001. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Nik held a number of consulting positions with companies including BT, WestLB and The Carphone Warehouse.
