Nikon inspection service, any experience?

Hi all,

Has anyone ever send camera to Nikon service centre? http://www.nikon.co.za/en_ZA/service_support/Service_Centre.page

I believe there are some problems with my Nikon D90 and I want to have a inspection.
My question is if it make any sense to do it? Will they just do some clearning or will they also repair problems?

Is the D90 still under warranty? They will clean it for free if it isn't. I have only had good service from them. Just make a note of what is going on with camera and hand it in with the camera when you got there. Try to be as detailed as you can in your note.
