Nintendo switch ethernet adapter

Hello all, so with Smash Bros coming up I wanna join in online but the trouble is my wifi doesn't co-operate so well with my Switch. I am planning to try and go the wired route but for that I need a usb-to-ethernet adapter. I have seen a few on Takealot and ComputerMania but how do I know which ones will work and avoid spending unnecessary cash on an expensive one if a cheaper option will do. Anybody have any experience with this?

Nope 2 Ghz, but wired would be more stable in general so I figured that would be best

You need to get a very specific adapter specification, the ones from Takealot etc will not work. This one should work:

From reddit it appears that the ASIX AX88772 and ASIX AX88179 chipsets will work. Trouble is the Takealot and Computer Mania ones don't say which chipsets those adapters have
