Nissan Murano audio system help needed

I have a serious problem with the Nissan Murano's "audio" system. If somebody can assist/consult with it, I'll explain all the problems. Otherwise, the story is going to be far too long for a forum message. Briefly, the problems are: repair of the original system, or replacing the original one with a second-hand system.
Please PM me if you have experience in similar tasks and/or have references to somebody who can do it.

Dude, you could have explained. There some weirdo's on the forum that will know the answer.

OK, I will try to make a long story as short as possible.
The car is Murano Z51 2011.
My original "audio" system is broken, and I couldn't find anybody to repair it. I found the same from a scrapyard and installed it (actually, not me, but a Nissan dealer near me). But either "new" unit is coded and doesn't want to accept my car VIN (or something else) or the other way around. The dealer tried to contact Nissan SA head office - not much help from their side.
The worst part is the "audio" isn't just an audio - it integrates climate control, cameras, etc. It's a nightmare now
