Nkandla: Documents call Zuma's bluff

Is it just me, or does think one seem like something old Zoomer cant just 'sweep under the carpet?'

I really hope we become the country that locked its active president up for corruption, that will make the ANC fanatics rethink their loyalty...

Exactly! Impeachment time!

Loving how old prime corrupt is painting himself into a corner with his corruption and lies. Impeach him and get it over with already, we deserve a better leader that this old thief.

Impeachment, seriously? Do you know how many top ANC executives are backing Zuma all the way - just look at last week's Sunday Times?

It's a case of not biting the hand that feeds you!

We can moan all we like, but Black South Africans are so scared that any sign of divisiveness could lead to a return to the Apartheid. We all know that is BS, people of all colours on this forum, but the ANC is drumming that card into their heads as often as possible: fear keeps them voting for the one 'true' party!

Their hand might be forced if criminal activity can be proven, but impeachment requires a 75% majority vote - very difficult, even if criminal activity can be shown. The bloke became president on the back of criminal charges, and he's always strongest when he plays the victim-card...

But is it considered perjury while addressing the national assembly? (is the president a member of the executive?)

I think he is. I'm not sure whether he's an MP that then gets voted to be President by the National Assembly.

Anyway, I don't think you talk under oath in Parliament. Would lying still be perjury then? I'm sure the Parliamentary rules forbid it, and the Ethics Committee should act (lol, as if), but it's not necessarily a criminal offense.

Zuma has the backing he has because they all see (only the surface) the extent to which he has enriched himself and family and they expect a share of the loot - or at least the freedom to carve out their own estates as long as they learn from Malema's mistake and do a bit of brown-nosing when necessary.

ANC phucking all their voters and everybody else in the arze.

Jip, at some stage you have to withdraw the apologist "socio economic and historic injustices" card and just say that everyone voting for him deserves to be fukked.
