Nlite slipstreamed XP install from USB stick

OK so this topic has been discussed ad nauseum on so many international forums, but I was wondering whether any of the local boys have found a tried and tested method for installing a slipstreamed XP installation from a USB stick?

I have made my own slipstreamed version of XP for the Aspire One, but unfortunately do not have access to a USB optical drive.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
