NO ADSL in CBD

My ADSL line went down at our business on 1 September. No ADSL light lit on the router and no internet light. I reported it on the 1st. On the 5th I phoned them again only to find they had closed the first fault query without resolving it. It is now the 9th and I still don't have an ADSL line at my business. All Telkom says every time I phone is that they don't know when it will be fixed and I can request a credit on my account. What BS is that?
I have esculated the fault already. What is my next step? My security cameras is connected to the network and I can not check up on what is happening at the shop whilst the ADSL is down.
