No ADSL in exchange

A friend of mine wants to get ADSL at his home. Using the ADSL Checker it says that the service is unavailable.

According to the coverage map there is ADSL coverage. What would be the reason?

Maybe the exchange is full? ie. no more open ports that are ADSL capable.

Rather phone 10210 and let them check.

Or drop a PM to TelkomZA with the exact address and let them have a look.

Naw, exchange probably full. Telkom said they won't be adding more. So ya, damn
