No adsl or vodacom data access - Eldoraign Centurion

No data access on vodacom or telkom adsl service in Eldoraign Centurion area, anybody idea why ?

It seems to be the exchane and tower at Bakenkop Primary school.

Cable theft near exchange, telkom busy with cable cleanup and replacing from 3 this morning, no eta yet, but service is currently up and down so expecting full service soon.

Well Vodacom is also up and down in Lyttelton. Saw in today's Rekord (local newspaper - http://www.looklocal.co.za) that cable thiefs are thriving in Centurion...
