So I have a standard MNET decoder. Over the last few months at least once a month the audio totally goes. I have called Multichoice and they give the standard response to unplug the decoder and then retune the decoder to find a channel that has audio.
So on Tuesday I took the decoder in and they replaced it because it was faulty. Of course they replaced it with a faulty decoder so I took it back.
It worked for 2 days before the sound went down again.
Now they are saying it's my aerial system. I don't know much about these things but I'm pretty sure that if I have no problems on 4 other channels then it shouldn't be my system.
And how does it just go down suddenly?
