NO BES Support From Vodacom or MTN

i have been trying to get assistance from Vodacom to help with setting up a Black Berry Server but no luck .

i found this guy online he does blackberry support as well as new Bes installation and support of it . This guy is Good and very Helpful

If there are guys Having Problems with Black Berry Related Stuff Contact this guy . [email protected]

No Call centers and no long waiting he will help you out

Everyone who may want to make use of the service, note a few things first:

It is a FREE email account - that could be anyone. And it definitely isn't a reputable company.

With a name like "BlackberryWizard", I doubt he'd need much help with his Blackberry. Logic follows that he is promoting himself, rather than someone else who helped him out.

Again, these are purely my assumptions, so take it as nothing more than a word of warning. (One may be asked for passwords, accounts, cash, when dealing with him, etc)

Our company, (20k+ employees) got help from a network operator to setup BES. so i think maybe its a bit of an advert :)
 
Hi Dean Thanx for the info , but if i guy is good then i dnt think there is problems in trying to advertise the dude .

I completely agree.

There's just a few big IFs in the way...

Just telling people to be very cautious when dealing with you. Or the dude who made you into a Blackberry Wizard
 
No Prob . How long does it take for VC to help a Client with a BES install in the Western Cape .
If am not mistaking a week or 2 , Wht the clients need is someone who can support the SME market with this service . Coz I bet VC will look at your average spend first before helping you .
 
Who have you contacted for assistance?
Please supply me with email addresses and / or telephone numbers that you have used.
We have a division in the WC region that will assist clients , I do this myself as well.

hi fismail

i used to be in contact with a guy at VC regional office but he left . I tried contacting the guy that worked with this guy but can`t seem to get to him .
Wht is your position in VC that you do this as well
 
If you want a BES installed contact the guys from Mobile at Work. MTN outsources all their BES installs to them.
