No bill/statement for April / May?

Hi there,

Just checked and I have received both my Personal and Business Tax Invoices and Account Statements for April and May, and when clicking the "Login to View Your Bill" in an older e-mail (January, February, and March) I get shown the last three months' invoices and statements (May 2020, April 2020 and March 2020), regardless of the month's e-mail I opened.

Maybe it is something on their side that's not lekker, causing the documents not to be sent/made available on the portal as per normal?
 
You will need to phone MTN so that they can fix the stuff up, they migrated to a new system and well as new account numbers, for some or other reason they close all old account in order to to migrate to the new system that includes physically closing accounts

This is how it usually works, but for some or other weird reason doing this didn't show me anything for those months either.

Yeah, I thought it might be something like this. Noticed I got an email in a new format for March's bill, but nothing since. I also noticed that they have a new app too. Was eventually able to send my invoices via the new app, but it says I'm 90 days in arrears yet the debit orders did go off and no way to download a statement.

Will have to phone them I guess. It sucks -- everybody always complains about MTN's billing issues yet this is the first time in 5 years that I've had problems.

MTN is pretty decent overall, doubtful only mtn has issue with billing and other areas. Comparatively I think you have a better chance of getting issues sorted a lot faster them most if you sit on them.
