I'd suggest make a bootable usb of an OS, boot into it, and see if the drive(s) are visible.

Maybe you can try restoring the MBR or boot partition. The bios might also got corrupted, uefi vs legacy boot etc.The SSD might also be fooked worse case scenario.

Looks like the USB may be corrupt.So I got the PC with me... I created a USB and set to boot. It started up nicely and I clicked repair - only to get the below.
Now everytime I boot from USB I get this
