No Connection all weekend

So I am not one to complain about rain and I am aware there are countless posts and threads about all the myriad of issues that folks are having around. And I've been lucky for the most part to enjoy Rain for the past 3 or 4yrs but ... It seems I am joining the bandwagon of unsatisfied clients.

The past few days I have not had connection with the router being in the very same place it has been all these years. I'm lucky to stay in a remote place so tower congestion is not an issue and as far as I know there is only one tower around and as such I highly doubt I could be connecting to any other tower.

Which leaves me puzzled as to why my router is flashing red all weekend. I even tried another rain sim and that did not help. Every now and then I get a glimpse of some connection but that joy is usually short lived. And with rain being the only connection we have in the entire household - one can only imagine the inconvenience this has caused.

Any insight as to what I can try is welcomed. @rain_mobile can you perhaps assist with the issue at hand?
 
It seems Rain realised I am one of the very few that do not complain about their service and so the decided to go out of their way to change that. I read horror stories around here but I was fortunate that things still went on well. Till now.

Never knew 240p youtube video could buffer so much - yoh!
 
We've had no connection since 4pm today!!

Now I understand the frustration that most have been expressing around the forums. Mine is fine for awhile then just suddenly dies unprovoked. At times it comes back by itself and other times I have to reboot the router.

the reps are still trying to help. but the latest is - issue with the tower near me. so have to face router to a tower about 4km away. It's been so bad/frustrating that I am considering supersonic uncapped.
