No connection to Rain network

I can not connect to the rain network for almost a week with little to no help from rain on the matter.
1. Tried different devices still no connection
2. Got a sim swap still no connection.

I will follow on this issue with my Networks Team, I see we have already had previous interactions. Sorry about that I will check on this and get this issue resolved.
