No connection

Am I only the only who is frustrated with Rain providing “new” smart routers which stop working within a matter of a week from delivery, my brand “new” router does not connect at all, the screen has 2 hyphens and the only resolution the AI and tech team from Rain seem to provide is rebooting the router moving it around or them rebooting “remotely” which does absolutely nothing, or I am being told that there is signal in the area, initially when I received the router I had to do my own troubleshooting and discovered that the SIM card linked to the router is not the same as the one I had received,I also did not receive all the cables and accessories but the fact that this is supposed to be brand new and I am not getting any connection is appalling I need WiFi as my kids and siblings all study online and I know have to buy data which is frustrating cause I am obviously going to be billed from the day that this was “activated”
