No Connectivity

My adsl line went down at about 2.30 pm today. I cannot get thru to the Telkom help desk. I am in Houghton Jhb. Anyone else having the same problem??
 
Ok connectivity is back up. Eventually I did get thru to 0800375375, but had to hold on for half an hour before they told me there was a problem in the area

Which is the sync light? on my modem I have one light that says dsl link which is on, and another light that says dsl act which is flashing?

As u see I am pretty new to adsl and not v technical!!

well unplug your modem from the line which ever light flashes is your sync light

if you adsl goes down and that light is on you know its telkom but phone them anyway so they know there is a problem
