No Data Balances on Vodacom Website. ???

I cannot access any data balances via the Vodacom website.

This is wrt my data contracts, and I have always used the website for this.

Any ideas about this ?

More interested in finding out whether this is a general problem, or whether Vodacom have just screwed up my accounts again.

This is happening with three data contracts.
 
Since about 13:00 or so one of our backend systems have become a bit .... erm ... disorientated. This system feeds into our front end system that we use to serve clients and also feeds info to the vodacom.co.za portal. Technicians are attending to it.
 
I had the problem yesterday as well.

Didn't complain then, hoped that it would get sorted overnight.
