Widespread problem apparently in Gouritsmond with data-connectivity. My father has had no connectivity via his contract-sim in 3g usb-modem for approx TWO WEEKS.
He is aware of other people in Gouritsmond with same problem. He has been told that 'there has been some upgrade up-country and that nothing can be done locally'.
They have clear line-of-sight of tower directly across river from them. Connection via smartphone is fine .. 3g-dongle not.
Can anyone help?
