Tried switching to 2G only and still nothing. Is there any way to check if there is a fault with cell c or if its my phone? I am in the Howick area.

If it's an Android device, go to your APN settings, and tell it to reset to default. Fixed my issues. Otherwise, delete all APN's, and send a network request for renewed APN details
