No data in Port Elizabeth

Hi all,

I seem to be unable to do anything data related on my phone this morning in the Port Elizabeth area. I don't get GPRS, EDGE or 3G in central and Summerstrand areas.
Does anyone know if this is a general network issue, or just my problem
