No data throughput

So, for about 3 weeks now everytime I go to Clearwater mall, there's NO data throughput on VodaCom in and around the mall.

Both 3G and 4G (LTE)

How long will this be going on?

Network becoming degraded or can they (like Cell C) not handle the load I wonder?

I'd love to upload x 2 pics showing a speedtest attempt showing 'network issues' as well as a news24 screenshot saying 'no internet' - but - seems as if image uploadings' been disabled?

Anyway, VodaCom still have NO data throughput at Clearwater Mall...

Not just that mall, connection been really bad in my town lately. It's connected but through the whole day and night there are periods where there's no throughput about every 10 minutes for up to 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

It's very annoying.
