No DNS

Hi.

Assisting a iBurst client who is unable to do any dns lookups no matter what DNS server is given. They have enough usage, Skype works so there is data transfer but only via ip's.

Happening on both a mac and pc via router or direct connections to the pc's. Can anyone advise on what it possibly could be?:confused:
 
Tried all and also the dns's given in the thread above for iBurst. Didn't make difference. Via PPPoE and via Router the same problem occurs on both machines. The tech's at iBurst couldn't assist so logged a ticket to advanced who promptly didn't call their client.
