No Hard Cap

I have just busted my cap (3g Telkom Account). It seems as though there is no hard cap. I am torrenting @8k up and 3k down

Is it always so good @ the beggining of the month

Why not wait till tomorrow to see if you're still not capped

Viceroy - musunderstanding - I am capped. But it is only a local cap and not a total or hard cap as was thought may happen. The speeds I was talking about was international - I still get full speed local.

yes you will that doesnt come into effect until october

Some on the forum thought otherwise. I was simply re-assuring them that this was not the case

Strange thing though is that msn can still connect which never happened in the past.

You're lucky that you can even get MSN to work when capped. I can never connect when capped.
