Looking for an i5 Desktop for the office/surgery. Basically word and a medical accounts and x-ray program. Any suggestions on where to buy?

Looking for a hassle free online store, click click, ding dong, that's also easy to deal with on warrantee issues. Place is on the south coast, so I don't want to have to do remote IT support if there's a problem.

If you're not going to build the PC yourself then Evetech is the best. Just be sure to upgrade the Hard Drives to SSD. If you are working on big files then keep your windows on the SSD and get an extra hard drive for the big files.

Evetech are good. Look at a base system, add more RAM, get a better case with a better PSU like a Corsair or Coolermaster. Standard PSU's are noisy and can give erratic performance.
