No help from MWEB!

Being an absolute idiot, I built a tiny website myself mostly for for my changed contact numbers. This is the MWEB one. Self build something or other at R29 per month.
A tiny business run from home to supplement pension. No budget at all !

Now trying to dolly up the page their " help" has dried up !!! They have my cash but now don't offer any help ?
Emails to ALL their addresses go unanswered.
I need help with SEO etc so people in darkest Africa can contact me when they Google items I sell.
Where to turn to for help?

I'm pretty sure the help is for technical issues, not content/optimisation. Since it's a SELF BUILD option, you shouldn't expect any help in designing or putting content on your pages. As long as there is connectivity to your site, you should assume MWEB's obligations have been met.

I would like to look into why your mails has not been answered yet. Please can you let me know via PM when you sent the mails, from which email address and to the email address you sent it too.

We provide platforms for a website to be hosted on. We unfortunately do not offer assistance in designing the website or with SEO. Information is available on helpsites and resources are available to assist with SEO.

The key to SEO is links. Regardless of what Google says.

So, in your footer on this site, add a link to your site. Write small articles (start a blog) giving advice and/or relevant tips concerning the service you render (or products you sell). Link to those from your twitter and/or facebook/google+ page (hell, why not both) etc.

It'll take a while, but you'll get there.
