No International Browsing Today?!?

We are on a 512 here (at mates place) we can do everything on local and only download torrents on int, no browsing... is this just us?

I have had no intl for a few hours now - East London - anyone else? (IS and SAIX are XTREMELY SLOW and fail 9/10 times)

my international is dying every 2-5 minutes for 2-3 minutes a time...

my messenger disconnects, every 15 minutes, pain in the arse.

It's month end so we can expect SAIX to be down again. This seems to happen in the last week of every month, no doubt in order to limit Telkom's bill for SAT3 usage. One normally sees announcements such as the one below for today:
