No International Traffic

Just Yesterday after my last matric test.
I thought am Free but without internet is worst.
Only a few sites works.

I am having issues accessing sites hosted abroad - Google, Facebook, CNN, Sky, etc. Anyone else experience the same issue.

Same problem here, just called tech support and got the usual, "We are aware of the problem".

The usual B.S when I am the first caller to log in a problem. Everything is running smoothly our side, international website can load without any problem.

When I tell them other Neotel users are experience the same problem is when they actually do admit their is a problem.

same here, also I have noticed not even local mirc servers are accessible, so it is not just international based, most likely band and port issues.

Local traffic and latency is great

wish I could say the same about everything else lol

Local mIRC is working my side fine, no complaints just use za.blabber.net, za.atrum.org etc.

Cannot be port based, you perhaps on internet servert.

The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Called in and just got feedback, was an upgrade that took place, intialisation has taken place on various protocols. Everything is baack to normal :/

* Richard Was indeed port-based as I was online those irc servers at the time plus many more and was effected temporarily. Those addresses/forwards you mentioned work off a round robin server, so does not necessarily mean they are local.

I can't even ping through command prompt....all i ever get is "destination host unreachable". Seems suspect don't u think???:(:eek:
