Good morning,

Just as FYI, if you are a new RAIN customer and you paid upfront for any of the products, there is a high possibility you won't be charged at all on the first bill run because upfront payments are credited to you RAIN account which normally covers the first bill.

But if you should have issues at all, please send me a DM so I can assist you.
