No internet

Good day team rain. I haven't had Internet connectivity since yesterday 1 Nov. I also have not been emailed my bill for the month (I figured that this is why Internet is done)

Please assist so that I can pay and get connectivity. P.s I paid last month for rain 5g and only received connectivity mid month and went the first 2 weeks without Internet but I and paid and received my router beginning October
