No IT spending slowdown from Government

Government has IT spending? :rolleyes:

Surely laptops, internet access and printers for ministers (*ANC*), their children, wives, aunts, uncles nieces and nephews do not counts as "government IT spending"? ;)
 
SAP also won IFMS deal for MoF - Zambia thru Spanish SAP Partner
 
Our IT industry has been throttled for so long that it might just end up growing even through the dark times ahead, IF prices start coming down to reasonable levels.
 
SAP got a part of it. ICT works(useless company) also got the tender. There are a lot of subcontractors for that as well. not all the information is published :P
