I have been trying to get a telscum line installed for quite a while now and all I get when I phone them is the the same response "there is no cabling in your area and we are waiting for a cable team to go lay one"
What I dont understand is that I live in a townhouse complex, there are 6 complexes right next to each other with the oldest being over 2 years old.
How is it possible that they have not laid cable in over 2 years?
I know there are people who are wanting lines but they do nothing about it. Its rediculous.
Does anyone know how to get hold of the people who deal with laying cables because I cant get any answers out of the telkom direct stores or from their helplines.
