No load shedding this winter: Eskom

While Eskom has not implemented load shedding in the past 10 months, the intermittent power interruptions experienced in Gauteng have been resolved.

Eskom should just reset their timer and eliminate the need to specify exceptions . .

I just can't understand why eskom mention this. in winter the electricity usage in every house hold increases, yet they claiming there will be no load shedding. I suspect this actually made this up excuse in the past just for tariff hike .
