No longer supported iPads

I ve been eying the IPad mini 2 and 3 and 4 for some time but keep waiting for the
Prices to drop and last week when upgrading os Sierra I was told my iPad mini had no more support and. Version 9.3 2
Is the end of the line
Its also the end of the line for 2 mini and 3 both which are being sold still
At istore over7000k but nobody tells you you can't upgrade to os 11
You are stuck on os 8
I don't know why they aren't dropping the prices on 1 2 and 3 mini
But more apps require os 10 so I have a brick
They want me to buy the mini 4 or iPad Pro
But mini 4 will be discontinued likely within 24 months

Well that is no surprise, in SA that seems to be the problem, I’ve stopped asking them questions because they never know the answer, they are glorified bookin assistants.
