No LTE for Iphone 7 or the plus?

The IP7 does indeed support the SA LTE bands, that list is just incomplete.

I am also not getting my i7 to show "4G" next to the network name. I am on Vodacom and the LTE connection symbols showed on my Samsungs so I know the area has the has networks to support it. I have checked the settings, gotten the latest updates, tried switching flight mode on and off, rebooted phone and even switched it off. All it ever says is "3G" or rarily "E" (depending on my location). It is also the same SIM card I was using in the previous phones.

PM Ockie. He should be able to tell you where the problem lies judging by all the assistance he gives on the forum.

Have you tried logging onto the Vodacom website to activate it.

1. MyVodacom
2. Sub heading - Service
3. LTE - Activate.

If it already shows active then not sure what is up.

It was one of the first things I checked and the LTE was still activated. I must admit that I am stumped by this as well. Going to put my SIM in the lady's i7 and see if the issue is with it (my Vodacom connection) cause she is getting the "4G" or if it may be settings on my i7. Either way it seems I am visiting a Vodacom or iStore this weekend.

My problem is SOLVED.

I put my SIM in the missus' i7 and hers into mine. 4G suddenly worked on my phone and not hers so the error was down to my network. I bought a new nano SIM because the previous was cut and didn't want that being a further issue. 4G still didn't work. Vodacom then synchronized my number on their network again and after a reboot my i7 had 4G showing. I am now a happy man again.
