No money for Eskom

prepare for load shedding....

but jokes aside, if construction on new plants halt, and decommissioning of plants that have no / low demand, in the long term, doesn't that put the country in a possible shortage situation?

furthermore, Eskom is always going to have a shortage of money with the high number of unemployed that still need electricity.

There is a lot of independent renewable power waiting in the wings. It's been stifled because of the desire to go nuke

Eskom will not receive a large cash injection from the South African [-]government[/-] TAXPAYER
said Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba.

@Gigaba, there is no such thing as "government cash injection".

There is only "taxpayer cash injection".

By calling it "Government cash" is misleading.
