No more ADSL, Telkom problems .. can someone please help

Hi

Payed for my phone line / ADSL about 1 1/2 weeks ago and have been trying to call 10210 to confirm payment. The line has been busy for over a week now whenever I try to call it just doesn't go through :confused: . Is there any other way I can let them know my payment was made as they have now cut off my line :mad:

Sorry to post here its just I'm at the end of my rope ... everybody at Telkom says .. phone 10210.

I've experienced the exact same thing at one stage. I then phoned 10217 (business customers) and told them I was struggeling to get through to the residential line. they put me through to the right department and problem was sorted.

I had the same problem last week. The simple answer is to phone after hours. They then give you an option ( think it is '1' ) to check your balance / payments on the phone. Simply enter your main telephone number and ID number to get a summary of your account.
