No more CellC 3G in Northcliff

I got CellC 3G about two weeks ago. It worked perfectly until end of November with signal strength of 90+%.

Since the first of December I can't even pick any Cellc signal, only GPRS Vodacom (Roaming) according to the modem software.

I have tried calling the call centre, but the system is retarded. I couldn't get to any option to report a problem and couldn't get to an operator. I reported a fault on the CellC website, but haven't gotten any response.

Ya I am having a similar problem although I havn't lost connection completely but from the 1st or 2nd of December my speeds have been shocking. I used to average about 3 - 4 mb download and 2 - 3 mb upload speeds and now im getting 0.7mb download and 0.1 upload. Now the upload speeds are causing me problems because I need to use skype quite frequently.

I live in Robindale in Randburg. Does anyone maybe know if something is going on?

Bad Cell C 3G in Cresta.

Suggestion to Trevor - make a plan in the the Cresta, Robindale, Northcliff area as Cell C is looking bad in the area.
