No MTN signal

Good Day guys,

im currently using an MTN sim for data purposes. Yesterday i lost signal and can only make emergency calls.

i have tried restarting the phone, with no such luck.

its a new phone that im using with this sim. so surely the issue isnt phone related.


any suggestions? ways to resolve. i am going to try the sim in another phone and will revert.

Do you have airtime loaded for calling out?

No airtime would still give you signal, simcard error/disabled
