No need to shower regularly

We live in Africa. I am very confident this is currently well in practice on the continent.
My personal record is about 25 days without showing.

Would not recommend.
All we need is a whore's wash.
Rinse what you used.

Mine should also be in that region, though not personal choice, due to doing 3-4 weeks border patrols stints during my two years' national service.

Depending how much you had to drink on braai night, you can go to bed without a shower. Drunkenly falling around in the shower isn't good for no-one. Safety first.
Also a plus is the alcohol sweat will not only cleans you from the inside, it will also hide any other bad odors.

And alcohol vomit too?

I shower with warm water and no soap/shampoo now. I do scrub the underarms (and dangly bits with a bit of soap to get rid of the smegma).

My dry skin and dandruff problem has disappeared.

You just need to get the correct soap for you, like Sanex. I fearlessly rub my knop with it, without a care in the world.

Haven’t used shampoo in years and I don’t see any need to, but the body needs to be washed.

However in that regard I’ve switched to using oils rather that soap. Nivea has a good range in this regard and it’s been working well for my skin.

My wife recently got a hippie “hair bar” which is a small soap specifically for hair and I tried it the other night on a whim and must say not only was it a lot easier to use than I expected but it did a great job of making my hair feel cleaner without making it feel destroyed.

I might do this when I’ve done something like mow the lawn or some other allergenic type of stuff.

The most NB part of the body (men) that needs to be washed is the underarms, balls & arse (for obvious reasons)

One of the reasons I’m a big advocate of trimming or cutting rid of all the hair there (arse notwithstanding). Besides the many other perks it brings with.

That's actually a good idea. Thanks I will try this. It does make sense.

Nee maan those antibacterial soaps also kill the "good" bacteria on your dermal layers.

Don't use those Dettol and Sanex and such, it is actually bad for you (According to my dermatologist).

Wellness Warehouse good for the hair bar…possibly good for washing oils as well but haven’t specifically gone and tried.

Nivea ones in this range are great that don’t say gel. Cream or oil all the way- https://www.nivea.co.za/products/body/care/shower-gels-and-creams

Start that with this one which is pure oil.

I found initially I went through it very quickly until I used less and less every time.

Then you can try the cream mixed ones as well.

Stay the **** away from anything that says “Nivea for Men” or has gel in the name.
