No network 5G connection , red light during load shedding

Hi ,
Is it normal for 5G service to be off during load shedding ?. 1st load shedding with 5G service.

If the tower you are connecting to has no battery backup or is simynjust overwhelmed with all traffic coming through it because DSL/fibre is down and not on backup power, then yes it is expected..
