Hope this trend will take root everywhere... I am sick and tired of fatcat CEO's bailing out and getting a nice, golden handshake to boot.

Johannesburg - Acting Eskom chairperson Mpho Makwana on Tuesday confirmed the departure of CEO Jacob Maroga, whose resignation was accepted by the utility two weeks ago.

Maroga resigned, and will therefore not receive a pay-off from the parastatal, Makwana said.
