Ok maybe I did not I did a no port from Cell C to Virgin now Cell C says my contract is still to new so now I must pay R1000.00 to cancelle my contract with Cell C my no is already taken over to Virgin

So Read The Fine Print:mad:
 
They should have told you that before but then it seems Cell C's incompetence knows no bounds.

Absolutely, they must inform you of the costs and then you must confirm whether you still want to go ahead. It would be vastly erroneous on their side to just assume people will say yes for thousands of rands.... :rolleyes:
 
Exactly, otherwise its just a scam, especially considering you're porting to Virgin, they're still going to be profiting off you anyway.
