No power

I have a situation, with covid-19 taking the world by storm I ran a little behind on paying bills. And that result in Tswane Municipality cutting my power. And now I paid the bill but the power is still off.. After 2 days and counting
Cause apparently they switch off roughly 8000+ people's electricity since last monday...

So my question is - does anyone have a contact number i can call to ask to switch my power back on?
Cause i need hot water and things in my freezer is starting to go bad..

Did they serve you with a written notice before cutting the power? There should be a number on there you can call.
