So after paying some school fees last month with OOB rates (R7500)

The end result was that Nashua mobile wont budge and the bill stands, sorry for us!!

We have a R800 limit on the line, but they have some fine print that says they cannot guarantee the locking or unlocking of the lines.

So then the guy that assisted me suggested we get the sms notifications for the LTE dongle be sent to my phone. Last night I get a sms saying only 50MB left.

I call in this morning to add a data bundle to not pay OOB rates, turns out we went out of bundle last week already!!! The system is slow sometimes is the response I got!!

This is absolutely ridiculous, it really seems like these companies are set up to literally just rip us off. Out of the 100's of thousands of clients they have, how many actually bother to call in? Probably 20 %, the rest they just take it and the company profits big time.

I went on Hello Peter to lodge a complaint and had a look at Nashua Mobiles stats, shocking to say the least!!

move to a topup contract. a lil more per month and annoying to add data, but then they do cut it off better...

That's what Ive done now after getting a hammering of note!!! :-(
