I'm communicating with Rain on Facebook and here. Both platforms gives different excuses. You say power failure in the area (which I'm unaware of), Facebook says it's all restored and working 100%, yet I'm lucky to get 7mbps, mostly around 3-5mbps.

I get this all day everyday these days....have you tried the fabulous tech ideas?
1. Aim router at window
2. Restart router
3. Delete cookie cache
4, Spin round 4 times and click your heels.

Thats about all you will get out of tech support...they also keep blaming Vodascum.
