No reception

Good Day

Please help! We need Vodacom receiption in our area and on our camping site. We are near Cullinan, at De Tweedespruit, Pretoria. Certain farms do have signal, but very poor and others, like us, have no reception. There is a tower nearby, but maybe need another tower, as we are situated in a valley, otherwise maybe a booster? Please can someone at Vodacom contact me.

i often choose campsites that do NOT have reception.

you contact vodacom, they come to your premises, and test, and sometimes put up a repeater.
You can see if another network got better coverage there and also check there coverage maps.

a Woman who works with me, just had no signal in her study room, and they put a repeater on her house, and the tower is 500 meters from her house.

I think it is safe to remove your cell number from your post.

Yes, I need reception, to do the bookings & to reach someone inncase of an emergency. No need to have reception on the whole camping area, maybe only at our office, will also help.

My sister got the same problem, they ,MTN, also supplied a repeater. She also got private internet via a supplier, all her office numbers running voip now.
